FLATT x HTDSTUDIO | Pop-Up Chair
Sustainable and recyclable furniture for placemaking.
-
A unique and clever reinterpretation of the party favor or ‘swag bag’. An interactive and physical opportunity for event guests to create, start conversation and generate culture. A vehicle to intimacy, discussion and place-making.
Limited edition cardboard chair designed to position the FLATT BRAND as found art, a conversation tool or just an object that says ‘I was there’. Created of recycled corrugated cardboard, this design signifies a definitive, yet no less temporary moment in time...never to be recreated.
Special guests of the launch event for FLATT BOOK III in early 2012 will receive a folding chair as part of their ‘swag’ package. A percentage of the edition will be set aside for live art participation by noted celebs, artists, creatives and designers to be auctioned for charity.
The target is maximized BRAND POSITIONING through traditional media outlets as well as multi-platform NEW (videos of process / production / delivery / impressions) to be produced.
