Brooklyn Multicultural Center + Hotel | Brooklyn, NY

We were invited to create a concept for a new multicultural center with retail, incubator / co-working space, children's school, cinema, cafe and event space. Roof space was designed for exterior green and event space with restaurant and local garden. Air rights enabled buildable bulk in the result of a new 30-room hotel.
