HTDSTUDIO has an immediate need for Junior Architects
that can work independently on a freelance level.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Native speaker is preferred) Knowledge of Spanish (or Fluent) OK
- Professional degree in Architecture,Design or in a relevant field
- Solid knowledge of building surveying and background drawing setup
- Solid knowledge and experience in early design phases such as schematic design
- Excellent knowledge and experience on large scale projects
- Strong conceptual and design talent
- Strong AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe CS Suite skills (OSX Mac a +)
- Confidence in working on complex, fast-paced projects
This will be a freelance / project-specific position

- Professional degree in Architecture,Design or in a relevant field
- Solid knowledge and experience in key design phases such as DD / CD phase
- Solid knowledge and experience on large scale projects
- Strong conceptual and design talent
- Strong AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe CS Suite skills(OSX Mac a +)
- Confidence in working on complex, fast-paced projects
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
